Do I have to pay if I don’t win an award? Is there a cost for entering?

Entering our awards is completely free and there is no charge for applying. There is only a charge if you win one of our
awards and take up one of the promotional award packages.

Do I have to be based in the UK?

No you do not have to be based in the UK. Our award winners come from all over the world. Regardless of your location,
if you think your work deserves recognition then you are welcome to apply.

Can I apply for more than one award?

We do not put an official limit on the number of awards or categories you can enter. Entering multiple award categories will
increase your chances of being successful.

What are entries judged on?

The criteria for being successful is far reaching and there are many factors that can contribute to the decision. There is never
just a single reason but usually several things that make you stand out from your peers. It may be a unique or innovative product,
it may be an investment into upgrading your product or service. It could be your work in your local community and the standing you
enjoy in that community. We give out our awards to organisations of all sizes so you don’t necessarily have to be the biggest or
even the best in your field.

What happens if I win an award?

If your award application is successful you will be contacted by a member of our team congratulating you on your achievement.
You will then be advised on how best to promote the award and given a choice of promotional packages that best suit your budget
and needs.

How do I pay?

There are a number of ways to pay which includes credit/debit card, PayPal OR bank transfer.

Do we charge VAT?

As a VAT registered organisation we charge VAT on all of our invoices. You will receive an invoice with our VAT registration
details with every order.
